b) TWOroomed apt (BEDROOM with double bed+LIVING ROOM with sofabed, up to 4 P)

We\'ll give you a warm welcome and every information and suggestion (places to see, restaurants, beaches, monuments) to enjoy your staying.

We\'ll provide for free: cradle, high chair, cot, changing table for children. We can give you bikes and snorkling equipment!
Garden available.

Two-roomed apartment 60 sq mt (up to 4 people); one-roomed apartment 30 sq mt (2 people).

Totally renovated in 2007, with all modern comfort .

Please note that if your staying is up to 3 days you will be charged of the final cleanings = 30 Euro; for staying longer then 3 days the charge is 20 Euro.

The price doesn\'t include the use of air conditioning, Bed linen and towels:
- It is possible to rent bed linen and towels at the cost of 10€ per person for the whole staying.
- the use of the air conditioning cost 5 euro per day.

Directions

From the airport you can take the taxi (20-25 euro) or the bus (just 0,70 euro) .
We will send you a map with airport bus timetable to reach us easily in a few minutes walking from the nearest bus stop:
WINTER : Piazza della Mercede (from via Nuoro turn in Via S. Agostino until you reach Via Marconi...take it and go straight for 3 blocks until Via Satta, we are there, just in the corner at the number 92).
SUMMER: From bus terminus at Casa del caffè, walk on Via Cagliari (the sea and harbour are on your back) till crossing with Via XX Settembre. There turn left and walk till the end of two blocks. Turn right on via Lamarmora (there is a news stand right at the crossing); walk towards Via Sant'Agostino on the left for a block and at crossing cross in via Marconi.
You will have the SISA supermarket on your left. You will pass right in front of it. Keep walking straight till you come to the crossing of Via Marconi with via S. Satta. You have arrived!
