Holiday apartment located at 5 minutes from the center of Cagliari. Is at 10 minutes from the beaches of the Poetto beach, Calamosca and Cala fighera. At 5 Minutes From Policlinycal University and from the centre of Cagliari, reached with the lines of urban transport.

Made of a living room, kitchen, two rooms with double bed, toilet, bathroom, big terrace and private parking.

Maximum capacity 6 sleeps in two rooms and living room with sofa bed. The house is equipped of air conditioners, washing machine, hair dryer.

The price includes the supply of sheets, towels and kitchenware.

It is also including the consumption of gas and water.

The consumption of electricity is not included in the price.

For the final cleaning is a price of €.30, 00.

IS POSSIBLE BOOKING ONLY ONE DOUBLE ROOM AND PAY ONLY THAT.

Minimum Stay 2 nights. From 1 July to September 30 the minimum stay is set in 7 nights .

By BUS FROM THE AIRPORT:
Out the airport take the bus to Cagliari Piazza Matteotti.
From Piazza Matteotti take the Bus line 'M' to Monserrato.
Go down the Bus in Monserrato, via del Redentore, near the shop of newspapers.
Go to Piazza Maria Vergine (is at 300 metres).
We are in via Tito Livio number 72, at 100 metres from Piazza Maria Vergine.

BY CAR FROM THE AIRPORT:
Leaving from the airport take the S. S. 130 towards Cagliari, turn right direction towards Quartu S. Elena along the S. S. 554.
Take the S. S. 554 until reaching Monserrato.
Enter in Monserrato from the intersection with Via Giulio Cesare (second crossing along the S. S. 554), close to the cemetery.
After the cemetery turn left into Via San Gottardo, continue until at the Semaphore at the intersection with Via Deroma, turn right into Via Deroma and after 100 meters turn right into Via Tito Livio.
The apartment is at the number 72.
