Casa Flavia

Casa Flavia is located in the heart of the historical center of Orvieto, it is an independent apartment of 50 sq mt.

The apartment comprises a kitchen, a dining-living room with TV and sofa-bed, bathroom with shower, a wide (22 m2) double room (can easily fit one/two extra beds) and a large terrace over gardens. It is also equipped with its own heating system, air conditioning, complete kitchen with fridge, gas burners, electric oven, toaster, coffee-machine, water-boiler. Moreover there is a washing machine for clothes.

Just outside the apartment (it is 10 mt from the main town street "Corso Cavour") you will find typical restaurants, taverns, pizzerias, internet points and any kind of shop you could need.
The cultural and touristic area of the historical center is within 250 mt from the apartment.

In Orvieto you can find art, history, architecture, relax, and the gastronomy that makes Orvieto famous in the world.

Subject to availability, it is possible to park in a private area just in front of the apartment (not included in the price).

Fares include accommodation and breakfast, all linen, gas and electricity.

There is an extra double sofa bed available, in case you need to book for 4 or 5 people. The price per person using this sofa bed is 35 euro per night (please book the triple room first and then contact Casa Flavia directly to request the extra bed).

Directions

Orvieto is located between Rome and Florence.

By car : exit highway A1 at Orvieto, go on for 5km up hill and you will find us by the Medieval center, on the top of the hill.

By train: arrive at Orvieto station, then take the funicolare for 5 minutes. When you get off you will be in Cahen Sq., 200 mt from the apartment.
