The independent apartment is situated on the ground floor and is composed of a large double room with a double bed and two single beds, a bathroom and a lounge with a fully equipped kitchen, a double sofa- bed and SAT TV.
Le Terrazze opens out to the garden where there is an arcade, a playground area for children and a barbecue area for eating outside or for relaxing. Car-parking inside the estate. At guest's disposal bikes with which you can cicle through the woodlands.

You can stay in a double room with a private bathroom and with independent entrance too.

Coming from Rome and Cesena: take the freeway (superstrada) E 45, exit at Pontefelcino direction Perugia-Ponte Rio. After reaching Ponte Rio, turn there to go to S.Marino and 4 km later you will be at the destination.
