In the real heart of Venice, our delightful apartments are the ideal starting point for whatever you want to do in the city.

Our apartments in Venice are the perfect alternative to the usual stay in Hotel which guarantees you larger space, independency and privacy.
All our properties are spread all around the historical centre, from where you can start your own visit to the city. The address indicated on the map (N.B San Marco 1105 represents the head office address for Venice Apartments and it does not corrispond at your final destination.)
Elegantly furnished of about 50-60 sqm composed of a living room with sofabed and tv,a kitchenette or kitchen corner with 4 hobs, fridge+freezer,oven or microwave.One bedroom with double or twin beds.Private bathroom with shower or tub.

All of our apartments are equipped for a pleasant stay and all comforts you may need are guaranteed.

Please once you have booked inform us directly via mail about your arrival time in order to arrange and gives you details about the key collection appointment.

The meeting will take place in front of the apartmet's door.

Check in is from 3 pm to 7.30pm. Late check in has to be confirmed by us and a little supplement of 55 euro will be request if you arrive before 23:30 and if you arrive later the charge will be 70 euro. In case of late arrival please advise us in advance.

We accept Visa and Mastercard only.

Please note that at your arrival you will have to pay a deposit of 250 Euro that will be given back to you at your departure if nothing get broken or dameged during your stay on the apartment.

Directions

N.B San Marco 1105 represents the head office address for Venice Apartments and it does not corrispond at your final destination.
If you arrive by car: the nearest parking area is in Piazzale Roma and it costs about € 30.00 per day.We suggest you to park in Mestre that is cheaper.
If you arrive by train: form Santa Lucia station you have several boat services to reach your destination.
If you arrive by plane:form Marco polo airport (Venice) you can take the bus nr 5 or the Alilaguna service (boat); from Canova airport (Treviso), you can take the shuttle bus and reach Piazzale Roma and then take the public boat service to your final destination.
