*7 bedrooms (Suites and dorm rooms) in a four level Bed and Breakfast right on the beach:

- Junior Suites: 1 King Bed, Ocean Front View, A/C, private bathroom and two balconies (These rooms can be also booked for Three or Four people by adding an extra Queen Bed for the same price: 1000 MXN for the whole room. If you want this option book it for Two and contact us when you receive your confirmation email; our full contact details will be stated on it).

- Superior Rooms: 2 Queen Beds or 1 King Bed, Ocean Front View, A/C, private bathroom and balcony

- Dorm Rooms: 6 individual Beds, shared bathroom and balcony (IMPORTANT INFORMATION.... We do not have our DORM ROOM in our inventory since we are a B & B and the system does not allow us to specify that we have individual beds, contact us directly if you need to reserve a bed in our dorm room)

We are located on Puerto Juarez - Punta Sam Road (15 minutes away from downtown Cancun), right after the Archeological site “EL MECO” you will find the restaurant “LOS FLAMINGOS”, we are the third property on your right after the restaurant “LOS FLAMINGOS”. 4 level property with black pots with little palm trees in front (#11).
