Dar Salam

DAR SALAM, is a ryad which has 7 rooms, which are well decorated and all have en suite,there is also the roof terrace from which you can see the koutoubia mosque which is illuminated at night and is a lovely site to see.This ryad is small and homely and you will be welcomed in a true moroccan way, breakfast is also provided at no extra cost. The ryad is located in the north of the Medina (the old city) which is a 10-15 minute walk to djem el fna, it is also a 10 minute walk to the new city(GUELIZ). We have a menu consisting of 25 moroccan dishes which can be prepared on request, at a cost of 25-30 euro per person.wine can be supplied at a cost of 12 euros per bottle, beer can be supplied at a cost of 3 euros per bottle.

Excursions can be arranged from the ryad ,also car rental can be arranged from the ryad too.The staff will be keen to help with any requests you may have,transfer from the airport to the ryad is free if 7 night or more have been booked , other than the afore mentioned transfer from the airport also can be arranged at a cost of 15 euros, this is for up to 6 people. Keys are provided for the main door,so you are not limited to a set time on returning to the ryad,the staff will ensure and help in anyway permitted, so you enjoy your stay as much as possible here in Marrakech.
I would also like to warn anyone travelling to Morroco from Scotland to ensure you change your Scottish money into English notes as your scottish money will not be accepted anywhere in Morroco, dont be one of these people who forget about this as there is a lot who do. i would also like to inform people that there is a bus from the airport at a cost of 2Euro per person and the bus station at Bab Doukkala is a 5 minute walk to our ryad. a taxi will cost you 15 Euro. The buses are comfortable and clean and the driver will drop you at any location you require.
excursion information;we can arrange excursions to, OURIKA ( the valley in the atlas mountains), , ESSAOUIRA (by the seaside,) ,OUARZAZAT( the kasbah), CASCADE DOUZOUD (waterfalls), PALMERIE,for the camels .

Situated in the heart of the ancient Medina, in Bab Doukkala neighbourhood,a colourful and lively area, dar salam is 5 minutes from the bus station,you make your way towards hotel eljazira and dar salam is 5 metres from there in one of the small alleys off the street.secured parking is 100m from the ryad.
