Afraklie Aubergue

Afraklie aubergue is placed in Khamlia's settlement, a settlement of original people of Sudan placed next to the great Erg Chebi and to 7 Km from Merzouga's city.

Enjoy a delicious tea with mint in our lounge at the same time as you listen directly to the traditional music gnawa. Now you are relaxed. Staying in our comfortable rooms will make you wake up happy.

The people of Khamlia will treat you with great hospitality, you will be able to see this very closely since you will live in a village of the desert, where they do most daily tasks. They are also part a musicians culture with African roots. The hostel is made with the typical architecture of the desert, mixing sand and water. We have rooms, a lounge of 70 m2, and community bath.

We have also luxury haimas. We do excursions in the desert, bivouac in the dunes, camel trips, tours 4X4 and New Year's party!

If you search a special trip, which marks you before and after, this is your place.

This Afraklie aubergue is constructed and set in a traditional form, but it's a comfortable place.

Undoubtedly if what you want is to know closely the Berber culture - this is your place: adventure, captivation, rest... all that and much more is waiting for you in Afraklie aubergue, the only one placed in Ksar's settlement the Khamlia (Merzouga).

The price for menu is 6 Euros, we have couscos, tagim, bereber's omelette, lamb, and vegetarian food.

The bath is shared, but the showers have warm water.

Directions

Take the bus up to Rissani or Merzouga, from there a taxi to Ksar the khamlia. If you need it, we can go to Merzouga with our car!!! Only 5 €
