We are close to the River Ness, Inverness Castle, Inverness Cathedral, Eden Court Theatre, Eastgate's new shopping centre & many Restaurants & Pubs/Clubs & only 5 Miles from the famous Loch Ness.
We are just 5 minutes walk from the bus/train station in a safe quiet residential area of the City.
Double En-suite, Twin and Single rooms are available, The standard rooms share 2 toilets/showers between 4 people. Guests have their own front door key to come and go as they please during the day/night.
This family run establishment, has recently been refurbished to a high standard. All rooms have a complimentary Tea/Coffee tray, Freeview digital TV, Hairdryer, Washbasin, Luxury towels/Bathrobe and Free Wi-Fi internet access.
An Iron is available on request, clothes washing may be done at a cost of £5 per carrier bag.
We are now making Breakfast an additional extra to the new fees for 2012.
Breakfast will now be £5 extra to the advertised rates.
We feel that many travelers booking through this site may be traveling on a budget and this option now gives them the option to have a comfortable room at a good price without having to pay for a breakfast that they may not necessarily require and can now have the option to ask for breakfast on arrival at check in.
Our Full Scottish Breakfast includes all that you would expect including Porridge oats or choice of cereals with fruit juice then a full traditional breakfast or vegetarian/continental options accompanied with tea/coffee, toast/croissants and selection of jams, packed lunches are also available on request.

Directions
Our traditional stone built Victorian home is only five minutes walk from both the train & bus station and easy to access by car via the A9, A96 or A82 with private off street parking facilities.
Walking from the Bus/Train station onto Academy Street you then walk down Queensgate towards the River Ness and turn right to walk along the riverside on Bank Street until you come to the Greig Street foot Bridge (which doesn't appear on any google map?), walk across the bridge and onto Greig Street we are at the other end of the street on the opposite side off the road on the corner of the crossroads with Kenneth Street and Fairfield Road.
There is a red canopy above the door saying Ardgarry.
