The letting rooms have separate entrance with code lock. No shared rooms with unknown people. The roomprice include bedlinen and towels. The tripleroom has one doublebed and one singlebed. The quadroom has one doublebed and two separate beds. The breakfastroom has exit to a big sunterrace. No smoking. Smoking area is at a small terrace in front of the house. Only cash payment at check in.

Directions

Local train (pendeltåg), to Älvsjö station. Less then 10 min from Stockholm city, eight trains/hour, a short walk, not more than 8 min to the house.

Easy to find, turn left on the train bridge an walk to the end of the bridge, turn right, after 50 m turn right again, continue in the same direction as the bridge (a bit to the left), pass 3 houses on the left side and you find the Casablanca.
