The cleaning fee is per stay and is as follows: 2 Bdrm = 160, 3 Bdrm = 200. There is no cleaning or reservation fee on the One Bedroom Gatehouse room type. The Resort fee amenities include: Complimentary access to the gulf-front WaterSound Beach Club including towel service, daily use of the clay tennis courts & daily beach chairs & umbrellas as well as access to Puttering Park, Camp Creek Golf Club & Sharks Tooth Golf Club.
