The Value Place Lawrence is an extended stay hotel locted across the street from Parkwood Manufactured Home Park near Exit 42 Pendleton Pike. The hotel features interior corridors, free parking, high-speed Internet access, and laundry service. The room amenities include air-conditioning, AM/FM alarm clock, bathtub, free local telephone calls, shower, satellite TV, and radio. The hotel rates are priced for a minimum one-week stay and are not adjusted to a daily rate if the stay is less than one week. When ones stay goes into the next week, another weekly rate is charged. However, even though many people decide to stay for months, many guests staying less than one week find this place less expensive than traditional hotels. Room fees and a 100.00 USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. The 100.00 USD deposit is charged upon move in even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at move-out depending no damages or owed charges. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 10am-2pm, and closed Sunday. After hours move-in must call extension 500 and the security guard will be paged to assist guests.
