	Cancellation Policy	Cancel 3 Day Before Arrival. Cancellation penalty is 15.00 not including tax. If cancelled 3 or more days prior to check-in, a 15 % cancellation penalty will be assessed. If cancelled less than 3 days prior to check-in, a penalty of cost of first night
