New for 2012 are the Beachcomber Cottages. The most delightfully eclectic tropical new cottages on Corpus Christi Beach. Cottages have a spacious master bedroom with Queen, loft with two full beds to sleep up to six and for extra guests, there is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room for up to 8. The cottages feature a full kitchen with ice maker and dishwasher. All cottages are self containing, include Wi-Fi and laundry facilities plus free parking. Also new , the Corpus Christi Beachwalk House, these houses have 2 full beds in Jack and Jill Bedroom, set of twin bunks inside bunk house and full clicker couch in loft, queen sofa sleeper in living room for up to10 guests. Full kitchen and sits on a well situated lot near the Corpus Chrisit Beachwalk. Highlighted by floor to ceiling windows and a covered southern porch that wraps all the way around. Condo amenities include a full kitchen, air-conditioning, living room with cable tv including Showtime and Disney channel, all linens and dishes. All condos have an ocean view, 1 bedroom with television, 1 bath, and are approx. 420 square feet. They also feature a set of ships bunks and a sofa sleeper in the living room. Pets are by referral and the owner has the right to refuse if pet become a nuisance. Additional fee charged if any accidents. Must have vaccination records. You can choose to have the fridge stocked prior to arrival. A charge plus cost of grocery applies. Please email list. Close to grocery store and laundry.Condo amenities include a beach, 2 pools/child pool, hot tubs, elevator, beach chairs and BBQ's, laundry and laundry service is available /for a fee/, and fish cleaning station. The condos are located on Corpus Christi Beach, 6 blocks from the USS Lexington and Texas State Aquarium and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. A harbor water taxi open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Trolley stop is located in front of Condos.
