Settlers Ridge offers 2 Bedroom Condominiums and located at the enterance to Deer Valley area. Just blocks to Main Street and Deer Valley Resort. Amenities include underground parking and outdoor common area hot tubs. Settlers Ridge condos are conveniently located on Park City's free transportation route and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops on Main Street. Units are upper silver and will receive housekeeping every other day of the guests stay. Check in at the Park Avenue Condos front desk located at 1705 Captain Molly Drive in Park City Utah (across the street from Albertsons). Once you've checked in, proceed to the Settlers Ridge Condos located at 564-568 Deer Valley Drive. Please Note: The Park Avenue condos front desk is opened daily from 8am-9pm seasonally from Dec. 1st thru April 13, 2008. The Park Avenue front desk is closed from April 13 until May 22 and September 2 until Dec. 1st, 2008 (check in via lockbox attached to the exterior wall of the Park Avenue front office). The Park Avenue front desk is open daily from 10am-8pm from May 23 - September 1st, 2008. Guests will check in at the Park Avenue front desk located at 1705 Captain Molly Drive, Park City, Utah. April 14-May 22, 2008 and September 6-Dec. 14, 2008 Park Avenue front desk and Settlers Ridge spa is closed. Guests will check in via the Park Avenue lockbox located on the exterior wall of the check in office near the pool area then proceed to the Settlers Ridge condominiums. May 23-Sept. 5, 2008 - Park Avenue front desk is open daily from 10am-9pm. Settlers Ridge spa/hot tub area is open daily from 10am-8pm. Settlers Ridge Condominiums are located at 564-568 Deer Valley Drive. (Please note: front desk and spa hours may vary).
