The villa is air conditioned and central heated throughout.
The well equipped fitted kitchen comprises of cooker, hob, microwave, large American style fridge freezer with cold water and ice dispenser, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher and all crockery and cutlery, everything to meet all your self catering needs. A door leads out into the utility room which houses a sink and washer/dryer.
The lounge is spacious with its high vaulted wooden beamed ceilings and marble floors throughout , large 42" television with Satelite tv plus sky sports, movies and setanta, DVD player with selection of DVD's, ipod docking station, leather corner suite which converts to double sofa bed, two tub chairs. The dining area has a large table with 6 chairs.
Patio doors lead onto the south facing private pool and sunbathing area, there is an external shower and 6 sun loungers. Pergola with table and seating for 6 for those who like to dine alfresco. There is a covered lounge area with easy chairs and table with a built in BBQ, fitted fans for those scorching days. The villa is south facing for all year round sunshine.
There is a children's play area and gardens to the front of the villa.
Off-road parking for 3 cars.
Polaris World recognises the importance of security. As a result, a security service operates 24 hours a day with CCTV cameras and control of access to the El Valle resort.
