Description of Surrounding Area
We are in an area steeped in history.
Ranging from ancient chateau ruins dating from the 12th century at Crozant to Oradour sur Glane a village museum wiped out by the germans in WW2.
We are just minutes from a large leisure lake , many many kms of waterways to fish and wonderful cycling and walking routes.
Description of Accommodations
We have recently renovated our home and offer 3 comfortable double/twin bedrooms each with its own ensuite.
Tea and coffee making facilites are available in the guest lounge area.
During the summer months we have a heated outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a terraced area.
The house is set in 2 acres of garden on the edge of a rural village in the Creuse countryside and has splendid views.
Description of Rooms/Suites
Each room is comfortably appointed with either a double or twin beds with its own ensuite.
The rooms are decorated and furnished in keeping with the age of the property.
Amenities
We offer evening meals but ask that you give prior warning.
A heated outdoor pool is available during the summer months.
Mountain bikes are available to hire in order to further explore the wonderful local area.
Restrictions
we are a non smoking household but smoking is permitted in the garden (please use the pots supplied for your cigarette butts)
Rates & Availability
A room for one person is 35 euros per night
A room for 2 people is 45 euros per night
this includes a continental breakfast
evening meals are 20 euros per person
Other Information
mountain bike hire is 10 euros per day
