This apartment, located on the 7th floor of a brand new Building which has just been finished in the beautiful district of Miraflores at the border to Barranco is not like any other. It has features such as a large two story high entrance hall, 24 hour security (reception desk), personal secured underground parking space inside the building, multiple elevators and a great location with stunning views - also pretty much all amenities you could think of are nearby within walking distance, i.e. public parks, restaurants, clubs, casinos, the Pacific Ocean, shopping malls etc.

Construction of the building has just been terminated recently and the apartment is now ready for guests. Reservations of this condo are possible right now for planned stays starting the March 2008 or later. Be one of the first to experience this incredible home away from home!

Brand new 80m² (860 Ft²) condo, fully furnished with new select modern/contemporary designer furniture, all new appliances (big brand names only) - lots of glass for great views of the Pacific Ocean and plenty of daylight

Ample kitchen with counter and brand new appliances (no money has been spared)

2 bedrooms, one with a spectacular queen sized bed and one with two single beds (all matresses are custom/hand made - you will feel the difference waking up refreshed!), both featuring direct Pacific Ocean views - no better way to wake up in the morning

3 bathrooms, one equipped with a hot tub, one with a shower and one WC for guests

The introductory rate for this condo is $525/week + $20 (final cleaning) for up to 2 guests, including fresh linens/towels, cable TV with many english channels, unlimited WiFi Internet access, 24 hour security, secure covered parking (best spot in the whole garage!), all utilities and taxes. Discounts are available for stays with a duration longer than 3 weeks. Minimum stay is 1 week as with all of our apartments. Booking early is very advisable as we’re already seeing plenty of interest for this object although it only has been online for such a short time since it was just finished.

Condo has space for up to 4 guests (1 queen sized bed and 2 big single beds) and is also equipped with 3 bathrooms (1 with tub, 1 with a shower and one WC for guests)

The condo is equipped with cable TV in the living room (LCD wall mounted) as well as in the master bedroom. TVs are also equipped with DVD players in case you want to watch some movies.
The condo features unlimited, free WiFi internet access as well as basic telephone service.
