A total of 150 memberships is the maximum!
There are 3 plans of which you can choose one:
For a 15-year membership for a one week per year vacation which entitles you to one private bedroom and bathroom, the one-time cost is $7000.
For a 10-year membership, the one-time cost is $5000.
For a 5-year membership, the one-time cost is $3000.
Should an additional bedroom be desired for your vacation week, depending on availability, a charge of $200 will apply for that week only for the additional bedroom. That bedroom may include a private bathroom if that bathroom is available.
So glad you asked... This is a very exclusive living arrangement; it is a vacation club. The membership is geared to folk like you who are looking for a genuine home-away-from-home experience much like a traditional cottage might be but with the difference being that the setting is rather much more exotic. Also, the membership community is much smaller than one would find in a timeshare since it is NOT an apartment-type NOR is it a hotel-like complex. It is a house, a modernized older hacienda style Mexican home, with all the features that one expects to have in one's house. The grounds are of an intimate character with a pool for one's leisure and also plenty of grounds space for intimate, private times apart. There is privacy and yet there is the opportunity to socialize as and when one wishes. The key is that this is a place where you can recharge your batteries and feel totally rejuvenated.
For the moment Cuernavaca airport (Airport Code: CVJ) is served only by flights from Mexican airports like Tijuana, Guadalajara and Mexico City. The airport is in the process of being expanded in order to reduce congestion at other airports in the region, and so most visitors from outside Mexico still arrive via Mexico City’s Benito Juarez International Airport (Airport Code: MEX). Busses to Cuernavaca can be boarded directly at the airport or at the Southern Bus Terminal in Mexico City. Busses are a much more common and luxurious way to travel in Mexico than in Canada or the United States so the rates depend on how comfortably you’d like to travel for this 2-hour trip.
Driving to Cuernavaca from Mexico City is fast and efficient with a new six-lane toll highway. Once in the city, taxis are a perfectly affordable option though they are not metered, so you’ll want to agree on a price before you get in. Also renting a car is a great option if you’d like to travel more extensively around the city and the beautiful state of Morelos.
