This is all about hands on learning... you will be given recipes and guided to learn how to prepare healthy dishes. You will go home ready and inspired to integrate it into your daily life.
Spa Escape Getaway-Daily yoga group classes, hydrotherapy or foot soak, far infrared sauna, and a serenity massage that will melt the tension away. Enjoy breakfast, wrap yourself in a plush robe, and walk in comfort with our spa slippers. Come relax and recharge with a pampering week day or weekend. Scheduled by appointment.
