Situated just 45 minutes south of Salzburg, our house is set in the mountains overlooking the small town of Altenmarkt. We offer both Apartment and Bed and Breakfast accommodation. Our house has free WIFI available, and a bar/lounge area too.

Winter here is a a ski and snowboarding paradise, we are situated only 500m from the nearest lift, in the heart of Ski Amade, Austria's largest ski area.

Summer time offers a totally different perspective, with adventure sports, relaxing by a lake or 5 great golf courses within easy reach. Walking, biking, quaint villages, Salzburg City and so much more, are here to enchant you, all set amongst Alpine meadows, with friendly Austrian hospitality.

Stunning location in the Austrian Alps. Wake up and gaze out over the Dachstein Mountains through your bedroom window or from your balcony. The house is conveniently located just 2km outside the ski village of Altenmarkt/Zauchensee, (500m from the pistes themselves) which has good road and rail access, on a private road with no passing traffic, so a great place to relax.

Directions

Car:
- We are 45 minutes south of Salzburg. Take the A10 motorway south towards Villach and turn off at the Altenmarkt turn.
- Once in Altenmarkt, follow the signs to Zauchensee. Drive out of Altenmarkt and approximately 1 km outside of the town, you come to the Altenmarkt ski slopes and ski school on your left.
- Just before this, take the right turning and drive over the cattle grid, up the hill and our house is on the right.

Train:
- From Salzburg, or Graz, to Altenmarkt station

Plane:
- To Salzburg, Graz, Linz, Vienna, Munich or Klagenfurt.
