St. Lawrence Residences is an affordable Boutique accommodation located in the heart of downtown Toronto. Most of rooms with Queen bed and rooms with 2 single beds, now have brand new Serta mattresses, for you good night sleep. Free internet access. Free TV, Fridge, Microwave in room. FYI, for your good night sleep we replaced Queen bed suite mattresses and rooms with 2-single beds with brand new Serta sleeper mattresses. Air-conditioned, Private rooms with shared washrooms and kitchen. As well as lately renovated Studio Suites. Cozy Studio suites have private washroom & kitchenette. Free internet connections in the whole property. Help yourself with complimentary tea and coffee provided in second floor dining room.

Rooms have various configurations; almost all have Color TV, Microwave Oven, and some even have room fridge, Clock radio, personal environmental control, table and chair.

Suite configurations are varied to cater the needs of the guests. Amenities in the suites are Color TV, AC, microwave, fridge, double cook-top, pots, pans, dishes. Dining table or love seat or both, depending on room configuration.

We offer economical accommodation geared to budget minded travelers. We may not be suitable for mature guests or guests looking for noisy environment. We are more for a young at heart property; looking for quiet enjoyment, at budget prices, then choose us. The other day someone said, �this is definitely not a RITZ CARLTON� and we agree with him.

You are welcome to use shared kitchen and appliances, please appreciate the facilities provided. Turn appliances off when finished using, clean the items you used and put them back, where they belong. Clean all surfaces, counters, floor, tables etc. Please keep all eating and drinking to dining area. Definitely no food and drinks on the computer workstation.

We work very hard to provide you with a clean environment, please help us control unwanted guests by keeping all areas clean.

Laundry facilities are within the premises. Phone in the lobby is free for local calls, So is the internet connected computer. The dishes, pot and pans are yours to use at no extra charge, all we expect is clean dishes, and pots & pans, for the next person.

The Linen is provided $5.00. per night, per person, the package includes; bed sheets, pillow cover, blanket or comforter, and a bath towel, please send us an email if you wish to use your own linen. Personal Internet connection(currently FREE, if requested with the booking) is available for $10 a night. Limited secure parking available at property for $30 a night.

A 13% HST and 8% sundry charge is added to all charges.

There is no curfew. Upon check-in you are given the main entrance & room keys. Late arrivals are requested to be considerate of others, who may be sleeping.

We have limited front desk hours 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Saturday. Sundays closed.
On request a self check-in is available of other times. Please contact us 48 hours prior to arrival, by email.

Directions

You can get off Wellesley Subway station, which is one station south from the main Bloor-Yonge hub! Then you walk east to Church Street, and
walk north just one block to Monteith Street on your east, just pass the entrance of the Cawthra Park! Two minutes walk from the Wellesley station in total.
