Surrounding Area

Our accommodation consists of 2 luxurious lodges each with full en-suite bathrooms/showers rooms, plunge pools and magnificent entertainment areas. Each lodge has been furnished and equipped to the very highest standard. The exquisite four bedroom lodge includes exclusive use of a Toyota Prado with chauffeur/butler for the duration of your stay, to ensure a relaxing African holiday of a lifetime.


Situated on a private game reserve Addo Afrique is home to many species of wildlife including Giraffe, Kudu, Oryx, Eland, Mountain Reedbuck, Waterbuck, Springbok, Impala and Bushbuck. No internal fences are permitted to allow the animals to meander between the houses. Guests have the option of using their own vehicle to enjoy a game drive around the estate, or to sip a cocktail whilst looking at the Big 5 directly across the road in the valley of the Addo Elephant National Park, the only park in the world where the Big 7 (Elephant, Lion, Leopard, Buffalo, Rhino, Great White Shark and Southern Right Whale) can be seen.

Accommodations

Addo Afrique Luxury 5 Star Lodges create the perfect African experience and are amongst the finest accommodation in the Eastern Cape/Garden Route. The lodges are uniquely designed to blend with the environment providing a deep sense of relaxation and freedom. There are currently two luxury lodges (3 and 4 bedroom), each tastefully decorated, air conditioned and carpeted throughout, and fully furnished to the very highest standard.

Rooms/Suites

Giraffe Lodge consists of 3 spacious en suite queen or king bedrooms all individually decorated and each with stunning views overlooking the rolling mountains. A jacuzzi/spa bath and double outdoor shower help to create complete relaxation and revitalization. The comfortable living area has a beautiful feature fireplace and plasma television with DSTV and DVD player. The lounge leads into an open plan dining area and fully equipped kitchen with separate scullery. A unique boma area is perfect to enjoy an evening under the stars.

Elephant Lodge has 4 spacious en suite bedrooms again individually designed and furnished. The master bathroom features a centered bath with outdoor shower. The lounge/dining area is double volume with glass doors inviting fragrant breezes and expansive views. The lapa provides an entertainment area and bar serviced by your personal butler. Also included with Elephant Lodge is the luxury Toyota Prado with chauffeur.

Vast decked balconies at each lodge lead out to a private plunge pool - the perfect location to enjoy the sunset whilst experiencing the natural beauty and spectacular game viewing.

50% deposit payable on confirmation

Day rate of R3000.00 per unit will apply for use of the lodge facilities where guests arrive before 2PM or where guests vacate their rooms after 10am

25% handling fee if cancelled within 3 months

Take N2 in direction of Grahamstown
Proceed to N10 towards Craddock
At town of Paterson, turn left at the crossroads towards Addo
Addo Afrique self catering log cabins will be visible on the left after 5km's
