The Dolphin Splendor is a two-storey, fully air conditioned 4 bedroom villa with 2.5 baths, 2 family rooms, a formal dining area with adequate seating for as many as 8, a breakfast nook that seats 4, fully equipped kitchen, fully equipped games room and a large outdoor heated, screened and illuminated swimming pool overlooking conversation woodlands. This seclusion provides privacy while relaxing in your splendor pool. The main floor has the Dolphin Splendor King suite. This master bedroom has a king sized bed and an ensuite bath with separate shower and tub. The upper level has 3 spacious fully furnished teamed bedrooms with TV and a PS2 Console

No Pets are allowed. No smoking in villa. Smoking is allowed outside by pool deck area. Ash trays will be provided for use. Must be at least 25 years of age to rent villa
