Paying a hostel bunk bed price and receiving a nice private room a couple of steps from the very center of the Albanian action is now a choice which you can do!

This used to be the apartment where our Albanian family lived since the year 1975, when the building was constructed. We decided to make a Flat to Let in Tirana, as we receive a lot of demand and tourism and travellers seem to 'attack' Albania.

It is a spacious lovely three room apartment. We just installed a wireless connection as well so it is really convenient to work and live in it. It has a balcony and two shower rooms, toilets and a bathroom as well. In one of the rooms we decided to leave the kitchen as a facility for people that might need it. It has the charme of communist era buildings, which means familiar and warm. But together with Eri Daka, Albanian modern artist (a artistic follower of Edi Rama - the mayor of Tirana) we renovated the flat so that it has become a real attraction in itself. One can sense the time has passed here starting from difficult communist 70ies and 80ies. Every detail of the apartment has been cared with a lot of love and passion.

The location cannot be any better: two minutes walk from the Skanderbeg Square or right behind the Tirana International Hotel, 50 steps to the buses from and to the airport, 5 minutes to Train Station and a stone throw to the minibuses to Durres, Kruja or Shkodra.
Without exagerating - our appartments are a good reason to spend a night in Tirana.

Directions

When in front of the Tirana Hotel (Skanderbeg Square) take the direction to East, towards the mountain. Between the Opera and the Tirana International you will walk in Rruga e Dibres for 50 meters and you will turn left in the Rruga 'Bardhok Biba' 100 meters and you'll be at building nr 73/1, soviet style 4 floor building. Check the Cimi Minimarket on the ground floor and take the steps. On the second floor is your place to be (first white door at the steps) - Ring or sms + 355 68 40 58 529...
