Fatima Macintyre House

Located in the heart of Leblon, Rio´s most sophisticated and charming neighborhood, with the city´s best restaurants, cafés, and bookstores, Fatima invites you to stay at her tastefully decorated home. The house is a five-minute walk from one of Rio´s most famous beaches, 10 minutes from the beautiful Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas lagoon.

Bicycles are available for you to cruise up and down the beach and around the entire Southern Zone - including Ipanema and Copacabana. Fatima has extensive experience recieving guests and will make you feel at home in Rio. She also offers a delicious breakfast, and can tell you where to dine, bath, and have fun at night. Fatima´s background is in the arts, and she enjoys sharing Rio´s rich cultural history and resources with her guests.

Three bedrooms with are available to guests, full and queen sized beds with sumptuous sheets, towels, with a shared bath, wireless internet, and a full kitchen for your use. Fatima has a cat and an adorable yorkshire terrier.

Directions

From Tom Jobim Airport, take the Viação Real bus and get off on Leblon Beach on the corner of Rua General Venancio Flores. Walk 4 blocks down to 555, and ring apartment 101. Taxis are also available and take about 30 minutes.

From the Rodoviária (Bus Station), you can take the Viação Real bus (4.50 Reals) to the end of the line (Leblon) and you will be across the street from the house.
