**very important it does not arrive until the beach**( it stops in front of soccer field )and it walks 150 meters direct on the street towards the Super Joseth .

From Quepos or San Jose go into Manuel Antonio small town and stops in the soccer field and walks 150 mtrs across the street on your left and you will come to Sol y Mar Backpackers **and it sees the signal*** which is on the left hand side of the road as you are going towards the beach. between Restaurant D' Angels' ...walk down to the stairs (there is also a sign) and you will find Sol y Mabackpackers.
