Sleep-in Green

Sleep in Green is centrally placed on Nørrebro in walking distance to the heart of Copenhagen. It's a neighborhood with a lot of outdoor cafes and open green areas. In the vicinity of the hostel you'll find a lot of specialized shops. At nighttime you will find a diverse variety of bars and nightclubs for every price class and taste.

We have free Wi-Fi, and a computer free of use. We serve fresh organic coffee and tea (free from 7:00 to 10:00). You can enjoy a cigarette in our smoking lounge. We have a various selection of organic snacks and cold drinks. You can also try our grilled ham and cheese sandwich.

In the reception you will meet a friendly and cheerful staff. On the second floor we have a sofa lounge with TV, where you can relax, read books, play board games, and socialize with other guests. At Sleep in Green you will find an open atmosphere where you can meet new friends to explore Copenhagen with.

For your safety we have surveillance cameras on the stairs, security codes for the dorm rooms, and Lockers for every bed (bring your own padlock or buy one in the reception).

We are trying to create a sustainable organic hostel by using rainwater, solar panels, power saving, environmental friendly cleaning products and second hand furniture.

Sleep in Green is a part of a job training school. The training is based on participation and direct influence on the decision-making.

Denmark has the most expensive public transportation in the world. So if you are 3 or 4 people it is often as cheap to take a taxi.
