For those who like to read more:

Here, at 2night we passionately work on your comfort. If you feel it\'s just great here, if you feel there\'s nothing more you\'d ask for: we made it :)

The price includes bed linen, towel, coffee and tea, Internet access, wireless Internet access, a Budapest map, it also includes usage of independently lockable security lockers for dorm beds and most importantly the chance to meet fellow travelers, to have a central location in town and to have a warm welcome when you come back after a long day of sightseeing.

Our goal is to give the best value for your money in town. Therefore -based on our experiences- we include all the main services in the price you pay.

Superb location:
2night Hostel is just a minute walk from a busy square with Metro connection to the main bus station (Nepliget) and within ten minutes you can be at any of the train stations (Keleti and Deli) which are out from the center.

The location is also outstanding for a sightseeing walk: the hostel is minutes from Margit-island, the Parliament, Oktogon and the Unesco - heritage Andrassy street.

Great base to enjoy nightlife: we are just blocks away from the most popular dance club in Budapest (Morrison\'s 2), but if you want to discover the hidden-gem bars and pubs, we\'ll give you great advices and promise you won\'t have to go far:)

And that\'s not all: we are just minutes away of one of the main trainstations (Nyugati), where you can take a direct train to airport terminal 1, and which makes it much easier to go for an excursion to the countryside (direct trains go to Tokaj and Eger, centers of the well-known wine-region in Hungary).

Our low-cost services will surely make your stay better:
BREAKFAST for the big eaters for as low price as 3 euro you\'ll get so much to eat...you\'ll hardly be able to have it all - yumme
LAUNDRY 3 euros will wash your clothes. Well, actually WE wash them: you just give them to us and we take care of the rest.

Our rooms:

Private Double:
We have two kinds of private room. The room for the lower price is a small, but lively double-bed room, equipped with TV, desk, mirror (it is marked as \'Smart double\' in the pictures).

The rooms for the higher price are just huge! One of them is even equipped with a putting green. They have additional arm-chairs and air-conditioning, where needed.

The private rooms are not ensuite, but only three rooms share a bathroom, so there are no queues at all.

Dorm rooms:

We know that travellers choose dorm rooms because they want to meet people and to save money, so we set up the room to make it comfortable (no bunk-beds, reading lamps), safe (lockers for your valuables) and cosy (independent reading lamps for each beds, lots of space in the room, special decor).
The four-bed room is accessible via the six-bed dorm, so bigger groups can stay together.

2night[tonight] Hostel\'s got room for the party people and for the quiet couples. Look into my eyes, relax. You. Will. Like. It.

Cheers,

Matt, the owner

Directions

Directions:

From the main railway station Keleti pu. (Eastern Railway Station):
Take the bus number 30 (the bus stop is next to the railway station at the Statue of Gábor Baross) and get off at the 4. stop, which is called Damjanich street. Go across the street and ring the bell at 80/A Dózsa György street.

From Nyugati pu railway station (Western Railway Station):
Take the tram number 4 or 6 in direction to Fehérvári út-Móricz Zsigmond körtér and get off at the second stop, 'Király utca'. Here take the trolley-bus (electric bus) number 70 in direction to Erzsébet királyné útja and get off at the 5.stop Dózsa György street. Go across the street and ring the bell at 80/A Dózsa György street.

From the International Bus Station 'Népliget':
Take the tram number 1 or 1A in direction to 'Bécsi út' and get off at the 9.stop at 'Erzsébet királyné útja'. Here take the trolley-bus (electric bus) number 70 and get off at the 4.stop at Dózsa György street. Ring the bell at 80/A. Dózsa György street.

From the Ferihegy Airport:
By taxi: This is the best way if you are two or more, but do not take the Tourist Taxi co.'s cars or any private taxi, they are very expensive. All you need to do is to order by phone a taxi on 2000000. They charge 3.600 HUF (aprox. 15 euros) per a trip to anywhere in the Pest side of the city. In Hungary it is customary to give a 10% tip to the taxi driver, but you are not obliged to do so if you do not wish. The taxi operators speak English. Tell them exactly in which terminal you are and where you will wait for the cab -normally outside- so that the driver will easily find you. All the public taxis have printed in big characters their phone numbers on both sides of the doors, making it easier to recognize them.

By public transportation:
-by train: if you are in the Terminal 1, you can go by train from the train station which is opposite to the Terminal. It costs 300Ft for 2.nd class (1,3 euros) to the Nyugati pu (Western Railway Station) and it takes about 20 minutes. From there you can follow our instructions above.
-by bus: if you want to go by bus (from both Terminal 1 and 2) you need to buy 2 tickets first (one for the bus and one for the metro) from the ticket's machine at the bus stop or inside the airport bus. Take the bus to the last stop (Köbánya-Kispest) -which is also the last stop of the blue metro line (M3). Then punch the 2nd ticket before you board the metro.
Take off at Nyugati pu and from here you can follow our instructions above.

NOTE: The metro service runs from 04.30 to 23.10 hours every day.

By airport minibus: You can take the Airport Minibus -which is cheaper than a taxi if you are alone. The fee is 2.990 HUF for 1 people, for 2 people it costs 4.490 HUF.
