Beach Haven House is a unique and inviting family run house in Tramore, County Waterford, Ireland. We are right in the heart of it all just steps from the beach and the town centre of one of Irelands most delightful seaside resorts just seven miles South of Waterford City.
Tramore is the South East's leading holiday resort, with a complete range of activities including arcades and amusements, swimming, surfing, paddle boating, cycling, kayaking, walking and hiking, scenic coastal and mountain drives, horse racing and riding, fishing and lots of golf. Tramore also offers visitors a local tourist office in the summer months and a huge variety of restaurants, pubs and nightclubs to suit any taste all within easy walking distance of our home. The guesthouse is under new ownership and has just been completely remodelled and tastefully redecorated inside and out with attention to detail and your comfort in mind. Tramore has a special emphasis on family holidays with loads of local attractions and fun things to do for everyone.
Beach Haven House has been awarded four diamonds by the AA, three stars from the Irish Tourist Board, and is featured in many top class travel publications such as the Be Our Guest Guide, Hidden places of Ireland, Michelin Guide, Lonely Planet, and Let's Go just to mention a few.

Beach Haven House has eight non-smoking guest rooms all with private bathrooms and showers, orthopaedic beds, colour TV, direct dial telephones, central heating, coffee and tea making facilities, writing desk, clock radios, and stylish décor. The house also features a very comfy guest lounge to relax in with cards, board games, books and magazines and a spacious dining room and an outdoor patio area.
We have plenty of free parking in our off street private car park
Children's cot and highchair available and babysitting can be arranged with plenty of notice.
Room sizes range from standard double rooms to larger family suites with room for up to four people. Some rooms have fantastic ocean views of Tramore Harbour.
Cooked breakfast available at additional costs. Continental breakfast inlcuded in price.
We are located 7 miles South of Waterford City.
From Waterford take the R675 to Tramore and we are 300 meters past the second roundabout on the left.
From the West come along the coast road into Tramore and proceed to the lower end of town and past the beach. We are on the right a couple blocks down as you head away from the beach and town centre.
