Le Case

Le Case, is a large property with some very nice Villas and Cottages completely immersed in the beautiful fields and woodland of the Mount Subasio natural park. Only 10 km from the center of Assisi.

We are located between streams, springs of mineral water, woods but also surrounded by cultivated fields of our biological farm; so the maximum expression of what nature has to offer.

The farm rises in an ancient agricultural village, completely restructured, of approximately 30 hectares of land.

It offers various combinations of accommodation together with wide relax-zones and one panoramic swimming pool. Ideal for vacations to the highest standard of relax in the tranquillity of an unpolluted nature.

A versatile structure either for a holiday of complete relax or to be assisted 24 hours from our staff, ready to help you discover the surrounding areas and take advantage of the wide spaces we have. You can walk or trek in one of our paths that starts in our land and leads you towards the forests and the tidy fields of the estate.

Directions

From Florence:
From Motorway A1 (FIRENZE-ROMA) exit Valdichiana, than take the Freeway Bettolle-Perugia. After Perugia continue in direction Spoleto-Terni and exit Assisi Santa Maria of the Angels. Than continue in direction of Assisi Centre on S.S 444 in direction of Gualdo Tadino. After of Assisi continue for 6 km approximately. Than take the crossroad to right and to continue for approximately 2 km following punctual sign posted of 'Le Case" but also La Tavola dei Cavalieri', that is locate 2 km after us.

From North:
take the Freeway A14 (Bologna-Rimini) exit Cesena North. Continue on the Freeway E-45 in direction of Perugia. After Perugia continue in direction of Assisi-Foligno-Spoleto and exit only at Saint Assisi Maria of the Angels. Than continue in direction of Assisi Centre on S.S 444 in direction of Gualdo Tadino. After Assisi continue for 6 km approximately. Than take the crossroad to the right and continue for approximately 2 km following punctual signs of 'Le Case" but also 'La Tavola dei Cavalieri', that is located 2 km after us.

From south:
From Motorway A1 (FIRENZE-ROMA) exit Orte, than take the Freeway E-45 direction Terni-Spoleto, arrived in Foligno continue in direction of Fano (not Perugia) and take the Flaminia road until the Valtopina (exit from the E-45), than turn on the left for Armenzano and following punctual signs to 'Le Case" but also La Tavola dei Cavalieri', that is located 2 km after us.
