BedandNoBreakfastvenice.it is a typical Venetian house built in the mid 1500's.
Newly remodelled, it strategically centred in the heart of Venice in San Stae Area: from were you can reach all of the main tourist attractions with just a few minutes of walking or via the Vaporetto (the local way of public transportation). If you'd rather walk you can reach Rialto's Bridge in 8 min, Piazza San Marco in 15 min, the Accademia and the Guggenheim Gallery in 20min.

The house has been completely remodelled this year. All of the rooms not smoking and with private bathrooms, private heating and cooling system, Kettle and hair-drier.

On request extra charge:
Air con 5.00 Euro per day per room. (Summer Time only).
Internet Wifi: 5.00 Euro per room, one time, unlimited use in common area, not in room.
Daily cleaning : 5.00 Euro per day.
Extra towels shower: 2,50 Euro per towels.
All the room are equipped with sheets and towels shower and are only Not smoking rooms.

Cancellation Policy:
5 Day before check in Day: 1 nights,
No show: 2 nights, the most expensive.

Credit Card only to book the room!
Cash Payment required for balance on arrival.

No breakfast but Although it will not be served, free tea and coffee will be provided (self serve) in the room any time.

Directions

From the Airport (Marco Polo):
(approximately 30 min) or Treviso (approximately 30 min):

Take the public transportation bus directed to Piazzale Roma.
When you arrive at Piazzale Roma: Take the Vaporetto line #1 And exit to the Saint Stae stop (the 4th stop).

From the Venice Railway station : Take the Vaporetto line #1 and exit to the Saint Stae stop (the 3rd stop).

From Saint Stae exit: out of the stop boat, keep going straight along the main road and take your first Right .
The house is the 2nd door on your right at n° 1964.


Really IMPORTANT: To arrange prompt check in and avoid waiting at the door, please contact us by telephone as soon as you arrive in Venice or not later to embarking to the vaporetto (Phone: 0039.347.43.51.065 Luca Nicola) and we kindly ask you to send e-mail with the right time of you arrival in Venice Airport or Venice Railway station.
