Hi there... YES I DO HAVE AIR CONDITIONING IN THE ROOMS.
Let me introduce myself : I am Sean Kelly, I was born in Ireland but I've been living for many years in Verona, the romantic city of Romeo & Giuletta.
As a foreigner who lives in Verona I can understand the demands of my guests and I do my best to make their stay as comfortable as possible. Just drop me a mail and I will give you all the relevant information you may require to get to my place.
The B&B is easy reachable by bus from Verona city & Vicenza city, using the motorway and highway, VeronaVerona Airport and lake Garda.

B&B Kelly is located at San Giovanni Lupatoto which is on the outskirts of Verona

ATTENTION (if taking the bus): At the train station you must take a blue bus to San Giovanni Lupatoto and get off at the town hall ( which is 'comune' in Italian - tell the bus driver) My house is behind the town hall.

Directions

By Car: On Verona's circular road, take 'Tangenziale Sud' till exit number 3. Follow signs towards San Giovanni Lupatoto.

There is bus stop 50metres from the B&B which takes you to the main bus/ railway station in verona - every 30 minutes. Cost : €1

From the main bus /train station it's very easy to get a bus to San Giovanni lupatoto - every 30 minutes.

Verona Airport - there is a shuttle bus that takes you to and from the airport to the main bus station.
TIMES: FROM 06.35 - 23.35 every day €4.50 /EVERY 20 MINUTES

Verona railway station - Brescia airport - each departure corresponds with a connecting ryanair flight €11
