Come and visit the 1st Cinema Hostel in Portugal ! Here you can find double and shared rooms each one about a different film!!

Here you can sleep with Tarantino, Kubrick, Godfather, or even with Amelie Poulin! ;) Wow!!

Rivoli Cinema Hostel is in the Porto Historical Centre, right at the most important city square!! (just 30 seconds) - Avenida dos Aliados- where you can find streets full of monuments, restaurants, cafes, esplanades, shops, supermarkets, shoppings, tourism info spots .

At the doorstep you can find underground metro (tube), Train, Bus, sightseeing bus, taxis and tram!!!

From here you can easily visit the most important references in the city like the
Port Wine Cellars, Clerigos Tower, our beautiful Briges, Ribeira, Rio Douro, Serralves Museum and its beautiful gardens, or go to a concert in Casa da Musica, take a look at a local architecture, visit the F. C. Porto stadium, travel by boat in Douro river where you can take great pictures and have a drink in one of the many bars in Ribeira.

Nightlife is around the hostel, you just have to choose between cafes, nightclubs, discos or bars where you can meet Erasmus students and locals!

Right across the street you have the Rivoli Theatre where you can attend one of the best Fantastic Cinema Festival in the world - Fantasporto.


The Rivoli Cinema Hostel has double beds and 4 beds room available , a 6 shared toilets and 6 shared showers, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 lounge area where you can relax, have a drink, read books and play games (Playstation and wii games), and an outside 180 m2 space with a Little swimming pool, and where you can listen to music, barbecue, sunbath, party, or just chat with the others guests!!!!!!!!

You can choose a room by a Director or by a Film, and the interior of the room is decorated with things about the film. You can find movies from Tim Burton, Tarantino, Francis Ford Coppola, Almodovar, Jean-Pierre Jeunet, Godard, Manoel de Oliveira, Steven Spielberg, Ridley Scott, Mira Nair, David Fincher, Stanley Kubrick, Sofia Coppola, and others, just ask when you check in!

In the Hostel you can use free WiFi internet, and you have free maps, tourism info and guides, and you have our help too!

All beds are supplied with bedlinen and a pillow. Towels are available at the reception for hire or alternatively you can bring your own.

Cards are not acceptable by the hostel for now. Cash only.

Please note that the 1st night of your staying will be charged in case of No-Show.
Our cancellation policy for groups demands a 48h advance notice, charging 50% of the entire stay in case of no show or later notice.
