Offering a spacious and luminous all exterior Beach/Formula 1 flat. A 10/15 minute walk to the beach, and the excellent bars and restaurants found there. Only 100m from the America's cup marina. The tram and metro are very nearby. Next door to Casanto internationally famous restaurant. Great local markets are close by.

Of all the Beach Guesthouses in Valencia, Valencia Beach has the best access to and from the city center by day, and is one of few which have night buses at a stones throw away. Therefore guest can save greatly in reduced taxi fares.
Also, as there are large roads near to Valencia Beach (avenida Del Puerto and Calle Juan Verdeguer), taxis can also always be caught easily and again this is rare for beach side of valencia.
These advantages are due to the changes made by the local government to boost tourism in the port area for the Formula 1.

This flat is bright, charming, spacious, and brand new. It has this 'brand new feel' to it that many of our guests really appreciate- actually you see it clearly in their faces when they arrive. They seem to have a look of relief/delight on their faces as until one arrives and sees a place, 0ne never be fully sure as to how it will turn out.


The tram is 500 metres away, and the metro a short walking distance. The city centre is only 10-15 minutes by bus. The airport 8km away and 20 euro cab journey straight to door.

Valencia Beach is managed on-site by a friendly young American guy. He can help you with any arrangements needed or problems. At Valencia Beach you´ll feel like you´re at a home away from home, and perfectly situated to make the most of what Valencia has to offer at any time of year!


Check-in times: 12PM midday-9 PM at night. There is no 24hr service, so late arrivals between 9PM and 1AM must pay an extra 15 euros. No check in available between 1AM and 11 AM without prior arraingment!

Directions

Go to Calle Juan Verdeguer, 21 (Zona Puerto).
This takes you to a pharmacy with a green cross called 'Farmacia'.
You will see a childrens playground. This is Plaza Jesus. Do not leave Plaza or enter the restaurant as we are receiving complaints. You are 30 metres away from Valencia Beach!
Pass the childrens playground and DO NOT LEAVE THE PLAZA. Literally 20metres to the left of the playground is the entrance. It is number 2 and call on flat 15 to be received by Jason.

By bus and if you arriving by train go to the tourist office and get a map of Valencia.
You can get directed to the number 19 bus which takes you down avenida Del Puerto.
From there get off near to the bottom of Av Puerto walk across till you find Mendez Nuñez. In between no 32 and 30 you will see the restaurant 'El Pilar'.Follow the directions above.
Please call when you arrive and we can arrange when to meet you as there is no 24 hour service.
