With a privileged sea view, the Mar y Vista Apartment has a comfortable living and dining room, with furniture of rustic style (in leather and wood), and a small terrace to enjoy, even more, of the view to the sea. The living room has heater, wireless telephone, LCD television with CATV with more than 100 channels, and DVD/CD/USB player to enjoy your movies and favorite music.
The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave oven, blender, bread toaster, coffee maker, water boiler, citrus juicer. Included is a complete set of pots, dishes and cutlery. You will have all you need so that you and your guests sit to enjoy the dinner.
It has two bedrooms: the main one with sea view, bathroom and double (Queen size) bed, and the second bedroom with single bed. Both bedrooms have closets and bedside tables, and a complete set of bedsheets and towels.
There is a study room with desk and file cabinet, a main bathroom, and a laundry room (also has a small bathroom), equipped with washing machine, drying machine, iron with ironing board, vacuum cleaner and other cleaning tools.
