Policies & Restrictions

For the health and convenience of others, we do not allow smoking or pets of any kind in the home. You may smoke outside on the MBR balcony or on the front walkway for your convenience.

Only $109/night all year, except Christmas season (12/14 - 1/4)!
Just $139/night for December 15 through January 4th

Other than a one-time $69 cleaning fee, FL taxes @13%, and a 2.9% Documentation prep / management fee. there are NO other costs

SAVE MY DEPOSIT Policy: If you should have to cancel your reservation/contract for ANY reason, your deposit is protected with us.

Simply reschedule your vacation dates with us for up to two years into the future and we will re-apply your deposit to the new dates (pending availability)! Your deposit is never lost. There is no limit to the number of times you can reschedule!
