Odyssey Activity Centre on the island of Poros 2010

We are offering an opportunity to learn the skills of Sea Kayaking combined with an exciting and fun fully inclusive Adventure holiday.

Typical Day

After breakfast at Odyssey , we will pack our sea kayaks and head onto the water by around 10.00. Most days we will explore the various locations of Poros Island or nearby mainland coastal area of Pelopenesse, including trips to the amazing Methana peninsula, round Poros trip , and other adjacent islands. Along the way there will be ample opportunities to go ashore and explore, or snorkelling from thhe beach or sea kayaks. For those wishing to develop their skills a bit further, we will introduce you to skills for sea kayaking. We will return to Odyssey around 5pm - 6pm.

Throughout the week there will be an opportunity for those interested to undertake an overnight expedition, sleeping under the stars throughout the balmy Greek evenings.

The emphasis of this week is a fun holiday, alomng with the opportunity to experience the real Greece.

Age range, type of group

Singles , couples , groups are welcome. The specific itinerary for this week adventure will be adapted and suited to the relevant expereince of thise participating, it is suitable for complete beginners and intermediate levels of ability.

Sleeping and meals

You will be a guest at our Odyssey centre located 40 mtrs from the beach, you will stay in your own private apartment with all facilities, large balcony, ensuite etc, all meals will be provided at our adjacent Odyssey restaurant.

Other Information

Travel to our Odyssey centre on Poros Island is a very simple journey from Athens International airport via Hydrofoil [1 hour] or conventional ferry [2.5 hours]
