NEWLY built attic apartment of 82 m2 with spacious terrace in a completely reconstructed house with an elevator in Letna district. Letna district was build in the beginning of 20th century and you will find a lot of beautiful buildings here.There are many shops, cafes and restaurants.

ONE of the biggest advantages is that the Apartment is situated 10 minutes walking from the historic centre-Old Town and between two main parks - Letna park and Stromovka. The Letna park with a small Palace is about 150m from the apartment and provides gorgeous bird views of Prague and excellent place for relaxing of any kind.

Paying a surplus other 2 people could be accommodated.

Living room joined to well equipped kitchen, separate bed room and next bedroom in a mezzanine provides acomodation for 6 PERSONS. In each room you find a double bed, in case of living room double bed-sofa.

PARKING is available in nearby public parking (150m from the apartment). From 8 to 18 costs 50 cents per hour, after 18 p.m. and on suturday and sunday it's FREE.


PLEASE NOTE:

CHECK-IN is from 14:00 p.m. After 21:00 p.m. and on feast day we charge 15 euro (about 400 crowns) extra.
CHECK-OUT is leatest at 10 a.m.
On arrival we charge 150euro as a deposit which is given back on the day of departure.

Directions

Street: Dobrovského 14, apt no. 10 Prague 7 - Letna.
The nearest public transport - (2min.walking): tramway - stop Kamenicka or stop Letenske namesti; metro stop Vltavska -one stop by tram.
You can get from the airport to the apartment by taxi in 20-30 min. for 500,- crowns (aprox.20euro) .

If you take a bus no.119 it will take you to Dejvicka Metro Station (last stop-aprox 15min.).From here you can take tram no. 1, 8 or 25, get off 4th stop called Letenske namesti ( Letenske square - 8min.) and than walk about 120m to the apartment.
There is aslo a special bus line 'AE' which will take you from the airport to a nearbay railway station in 35 minutes for less then 3 Euro.
