The team that brought you Kipps Canterbury, voted No.1 hostel in England for 2008/2009/2010 have now opened Kipps Brighton which is situated in Central Brighton with views of the Royal Pavillion.

We are central to all of Brighton's attractions, including the Pier, Beach, The Lanes, The Theatres, Music, Bars, Cafes and Gay District. The Train Station and Bus Station are just a few minutes walk away.

We offer a very friendly atmosphere, comfortable, affordable accommodation with excellent facilities including a licensed bar.

We also offer free Wi-Fi Internet throughout and a free internet terminal.

Directions

We are situated at 76 Grande Parade, opposite the Royal Pavillion.

We are approx. 10minutes walk from the Train Station- Come out of the Station and walk ahead along Queens Road, at Church Street turn left, and walk down until you see Kipps Brighton at the end of this street, just opposite the Royal Pavillion.

DRIVING ? Please Note. We are situated in Central Brighton, and like most Cities, parking is expensive. There is a NCP car park close to the hostel which works out to approx £20 for 24 hours and there are also parking meters on the street behind the hostel, which charge about £1.20 per hour. You can park on most parking meters after 6pm to 9am Free. The hostel does not have a car park.


We are approx 5minutes walk to the Bus Station and to the Pier. Come out of the bus station onto Old Steine, walk along to the far end of the Pavillion and Kipps Brighton is opposite on the right.

PLEASE NOTE THE HOSTEL CHANGED ITS NAME IN MAY 09 from Brighton Royal Hotel to Kipps Brighton.
