Our small, friendly hotel located in a residential area close to the centre of Louth is ideal for business meetings, conferences and wedding receptions or as a base for visitors to this quaint, delightful market town. The hotel nestles amidst the delightful Lincolnshire Wolds and is within easy access to the County City of Lincoln, East Coast resorts and the quiet unspoilt countryside of Lincolnshire.
We also have luxuriously appointed suites for executive travellers or special occasions. All our rooms are beautifully maintained with every modern convenience, all rooms are en-suite with TV, Radio/Clock Alarm, Direct Dial Telephone, Tea and Coffee Making Facilities and Trouser Press and are set to the highest standards.

FROM HUMBERSIDE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Franklin Way and then at the roundabout, take the 3rd exit and turn right at A18. Go through 2 roundabouts and then take slight left at A18/Barton St and again slight left to stay on A18/Barton St. Continue straight to stay on A18/Barton St - slight left to stay on A18/Barton St - slight left to stay on A18/Barton St - light right to stay on A18/Barton St. Continue to follow A18 and then turn left to stay on A18. Turn right at A16/Main Rd and continue to follow A16.
Go through 1 roundabout and at Northfield Roundabout, take the 1st exit onto B1520/Grimsby Rd, continuing on N Holme Rd. Slight left at High Holme Rd
Turn left at Keddington Rd - Turn right at Victoria Rd

We are conveniently located to the town centre which is only two minutes drive away.
Turn left onto Victoria Road, and continue to junction - turn left at Keddington Road. Then turn right at High Holme Road. Turn left to stay on High Holme Road and turn left at Grimbsy Road (B1520).
