2) CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the reservation amount. Any amendments are subject to a charge equal to 100% of the reservation amount. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a late cancellation and will incur a charge equal to 100% of the reservation amount.
3) BOOKINGS made FROM 5th December 2009 will include the below add-ons (per room per night): 12 hours air-conditioning & rental of 1 towel. This is only applicable for stays FROM 1st January 2010.
4) BOOKINGS made BEFORE 5th December 2009 does not include any add-ons. Guest will have the option to buy add-ons from the hotel during their stay.

Directions from Penang International Airport to Tune Hotels - Downtown Penang:
From the Penang International Airport at Bayan Lepas head towards the direction of southwest and merge onto Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah. Drive on and take the ramp to Lebuhraya Jelutong. Keep left at the fork to continue towards Lebuhraya Jelutong. Take the exit at Jalan Sungai Pinang and turn right at Jalan Patani. Take a right turn at Jalan Dato Keramat and continue on Jalan Penang. Thereafter, turn left at Jalan Burma. You can't miss our signature red and white building on the right side of the road.
