We have two locations, Cabins with shared toilet with few persons,close to bus station (WiFi) or cabins with private ensuite (mayan style) only 7 streets from main avenue Downtown. Wifi available for both of them locations

we do provide linen, but please remember to bring your own towel.

Very important Palapas Tulum is not on the beach so everything is less expensive.

We do not have partial or total cancelation, if you cancel within 72 hours prior your arrival, you will be charge for the total amount for all the nigths you reserved. If you do it with more than one week no charges aplies.

Very close to the bus station
Please DO NOT take a taxi, taxi drivers bring guests to the beach and we are in Tulum town.
From the bus station walk on that side Chetumal direction (oposite Cancun) pass Jupiter street, and second street is ACUARIO NTE. ( restaurant Doña Tina) turn right and next street Retorno Polar ( first street ) turn left.
we are only one street from main avenue,next to a white arc and a business that sell purified water EBEN EZER, our door is green we have a fance with many plants.
