The Flamingo Beach Resort St Marteen offers privately owned, time-share condominium rentals for travelers to St. Maarten. Overlooking Simpson Bay, the resort is located on the island's Dutch side in the Pelican Key resort district. Guests will be able to reach Marigot, the French capitol, in a 10-minute drive and Phillipsburg, the Dutch capitol, in a 15-minute drive. Each guest unit's fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals in the comfort and privacy of your own accommodations. Topper's by the Sea provides a festive, tropical setting for cocktails, snacks, and meals. Enjoy the convenience of dining without leaving the beach. There are many restaurants in the surrounding area. To enhance your visit, the resort offers laundry facilities, a gift shop, medical services, a 24-hour front desk, and a market. For air transportation, the Juliana International airport is approximately three miles from the hotel. The Phillipsburg port is about 15 minutes away by car. There are 216 condominiums on five floors. Each guest unit has a separate living room, kitchen (dishwasher, blender, coffeemaker, microwave, stove/oven, and toaster), and bedroom. Ocean and garden views are available, but location is not guaranteed. Standard amenities include air-conditioning, bathroom with shower, one king-size bed, balcony or terrace, queen-size sleeper sofa, television, VCR, and telephone with voicemail.
