A brand new accommodation concept for Dunedin, LivingSpace Dunedin offers funky affordable Hotel style accommodation located at the city end of the renowned Castle Street. All of our studios offer queen size beds, 26 inch LCD televisions with 5 sky channels, high speed internet connection, a desk with direct dial phone and voicemail, stylish new glass en suite bathrooms and a kitchenette with tea and coffee facilities. LivingSpace is central heating throughout. Modern security systems are installed and your personal swipe card provides secure access to the building and your room. Our reception is open 24 hours a day and luggage storage available. Other facilities include a movie theatre, guest laundry, high speed internet suite, guest lounge with balcony and two communal kitchens with dining areas. LivingSpace Dunedin is centrally located and is within walking distance from the Octagon, University of Otago and the Dunedin Hospital.
