ResortQuest provides winter shuttles that chauffer guests around the Steamboat Ski Resort and the Steamboat Springs area.The Cascades are luxurious multilevel townhomes that afford the utmost privacy for vacationing families or small groups. Each rental features an expansive kitchen, living room, and dining room. Hardwood flooring, gas fireplaces, and redwood decks are featured throughout. Each residence is complete with a redwood deck, laundry facilities (laundry soap replenished daily), private two-car garage and free Internet access. Pets are not allowed.Townhomes feature a fully-equipped kitchen, cable TV, free Internet access, laundry facilities with laundry soap replenished daily, and heated two-car garage.ResortQuest is not a member of the Triple Crown lodging program, is unable to accept any sports team participants, and individuals 23 years of age or younger unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardians are not allowed in these privately owned units. If the number of adults and children exceeds maximum allowed in this unit, if sports team participants, or if individuals age 23 or younger unaccompanied by their parent or legal guardian occupy this unit, it shall be cause for immediate termination of this occupancy without refund.
