Guests can lounge on the deck and relish in the mountain or valley views, or soak in the two oversized outdoor hot tubs.The townhomes include vaulted ceilings; fully-equipped, top quality kitchens, washers and dryers, LCD TVs with DVD, VCR, free high-speed Internet. Each townhome also features an oversized master bedroom and bathroom with whirlpool bath, laundry facilities (laundry soap replenished daily), free Internet access (bring your laptop.) and private one-car garage.The ResortQuest is not a member of the Triple Crown lodging program, is unable to accept any sports team participants, and individuals 23 years of age or younger unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardians are not allowed in these privately owned units. If the number of adults and children exceeds maximum allowed in this unit, if sports team participants, or if individuals age 23 or younger unaccompanied by their parent or legal guardian occupy this unit, it shall be cause for immediate termination of this occupancy without refund.
