All properties offer completely furnished living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchens including cookwares, silverwares, and dishes . The amenities include cable TV and VCR or DVD player, telephones, microwaves, and central heating, and air conditioning . All linens except beach towels are provided and, in most properties, a washer or dryer .
