Over a year was spent designing this house to both be cozy and to be the definitive Roswell vacation house. From the framed movie and local posters to the choice of silverware and Retro items such as a vintage space-age ice bucket, each item was carefully selected to fit a functional mid-century modern style.
The paint in the living room was painted in several layers of soft orange over yellow which gives the effect of changing color at different times of the day.
The bedroom is of course, alien green, but in a soft woodland shade. The bathroom is swimming pool blue.
What the tenant will discover are subtle surprises throughout, from the duvet cover that glows in the dark to Yoda lurking in the closet to new-age mood lighting in the bedroom.
