“Serenamente” B&B: young and hip, a real B&B!

We are in the heart of San Pellegrino, historical center of Viterbo and the largest medieval town in Europe.
Medieval towers over a maze of typical squares and alleys.
A few steps away is the Duomo and the Palace of the Popes, on a picturesque square where you can enjoy the view of the Faul Valley; five minutes walk brings you at Piazza del Plebiscito, the central square of the city.

Viterbo is famous for its Spa, only a few kilometers away from the centre of the town. Take advantage of our special rates to entry the Terme dei Papi.




The premises offer a double room with a canopy bed, with the possibility of an additional bed, and a double room.
The large bathroom for guests has two washbasins with a large mirror, bidet and bathtub.
Linens, towels, soaps and hairdryer are provided.
Breakfast is served in the spacious living room with fireplace, or on the terrace, and includes a wide selection of teas, coffee, milk, drinks, fruits, yogurt, cereals, toasts, jams and croissants.
From the wide panoramic terrace you can admire enchanting sunsets over the old town.

The parking "Le Fortezze" is five minute walk and it's free.
The parking "Sacrario" is pay-toll on working days and reached in ten minutes.
You can call a taxi from the B&B and have available within ten minutes.

We will suggest you the most characteristic attractions to visit in the Tuscia, the land of the Etruscans.

Transportation

By train: the nearest train station is “Viterbo – Porta Romana”.
From the station you can walk five to ten minutes and get in San Pellegrino.

By train from “Rome Fiumicino” airport: trains to Viterbo frequently de part from “Fiumicino Aeroporto” Station, you will have to change train at “Roma Trastevere” Station. The whole trip will trake less than two hours.

By car via A1: Viterbo is situated on the Cassia, the road that leads Rome to Florence.
If you are driving on the A1 highway, exit at Orte and follow the motorway to Viterbo, exit at Viterbo Terme towards Viterbo Centre.

By car from “Leonardo Da Vinci” Airport - Rome Fiumicino: we suggest to follow the A12 highway to Civitavecchia; at the end of it you will be on the SS1 Aurelia, exit at Tarquinia, keep on till Vetralla; here make a left turn towards Viterbo: this is the SS2 Cassia, that will take you straight to Viterbo.

By car from “Rome Ciampino” airport: get on the GRA “Grande Raccordo Anulare” northern direction, exit at the Exit 5, SS2 bis Cassia Veientana towards Viterbo.


“Serenamente” B&B si trova nel cuore di San Pellegrino, centro storico di Viterbo, nonché il più grande borgo medievale d'Europa.
Tutti i monumenti che caratterizzano la città sono raggiungibili a piedi.

San Pellegrino è il centro storico di Viterbo. Torri medievali troneggiano su un labirinto di piazze e vicoli caratteristici. Piazza degli Alessandri è famosa per l'omonimo Palazzo. A due passi si trova il Duomo e il Palazzo dei Papi, su una piazza suggestiva da cui si può godere della vista della Valle Faul. A cinque minuti di cammino si arriva a Piazza del Plebiscito, la piazza centrale della città, da cui inizia il Corso Italia.
Viterbo è famosa per le sue Terme, che si trovano a qualche chilometro dal centro abitato.

La struttura mette a disposizione una camera matrimoniale con letto a baldacchino, con possibilità di un ulteriore letto singolo, e una camera doppia.
“Serenamente” è un B&B molto accogliente e tranquillo, disponendo di due sole camere,
molto silenziose e dotate di climatizzatori regolabili secondo le vostre esigenze.
Le stanze sono molto confortevoli, pulite e curate, arredate con cura in stile etnico e caratteristico della zona.

Il grande bagno per gli ospiti è dotato di due lavabo e vasca da bagno.
Biancheria, asciugamani, saponi ed asciugacapelli sono forniti e compresi nel prezzo.

La prima colazione può essere servita nell’ampio soggiorno, dotato di camino, oppure in terrazza, e prevede una vasta scelta di tè, caffè, latte, tisane, bevande, frutta di stagione, yogurt, cereali, toast, cornetti e confetture.

Un'ampia terrazza, che si affaccia sui tetti del centro storico, può accogliere gli ospiti nei momenti di relax; da qui si può assistere a incantevoli tramonti.
